Faith. Purpose. Healing.
Annerose C. Duprat is an author, Psychology graduate, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling student, as well as the host of the God, Are You Serious? podcast. My work is driven by a passion for helping people understand themselves — their emotions, their faith, and their purpose.
Drawing from my studies in Psychology and Theology at Liberty University, I’ve written the Between Midnight & Morning: Dreams and Visions Journal series for adults, youth, and young adults, along with Big Hearts, Big Feelings: Social Emotional Kids Activity Book. Upcoming titles include The Blue Sun, God’s Love A to Z, Speak It! Prayer Points Devotional, and Who Told You That You Were Naked.
Through my podcast, blogs, and books, I seek to provide practical tools that help readers process their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and spiritual journeys.
Through my work with children on the autism spectrum (ASD) in the field of Behavior Analysis, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping children build emotional awareness, confidence, and healthy communication skills — opening up a world that would typically be limited to them.
“My goal is to create an avenue where humanity is allowed to be human again.”
Whether through journals, children’s books, educational resources, or conversations on my podcast, my goal is to help people embrace authenticity, develop emotional and spiritual health, and discover that growth begins when we give ourselves permission to be honest about where we are — and hopeful about where we can go.
Embracing honesty about where we are — emotionally and spiritually — as the starting point for real growth.
Integrating psychology and theology to nurture emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being as one connected whole.
Helping people process their thoughts, experiences, and faith journey — and move forward with hope and purpose.
If you have never placed your faith in Jesus Christ, I invite you to know Him today. The Bible tells us that “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” (Romans 10:13).
Salvation is not earned by good works, religious activities, or personal achievement. It is a gift of God’s grace, made possible through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. By turning from our sin and placing our faith in Him, we receive forgiveness, new life, and the promise of eternal life.
If you desire to begin a relationship with Jesus, you can pray sincerely from your heart:
Heavenly Father,
I come before You, acknowledging that I am a sinner and that I need Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, that He died on the cross for my sins, and that He rose again on the third day. Today, I turn away from my sin and place my trust in Jesus Christ alone as my Lord and Savior.
Thank You for Your grace, Your mercy, and the gift of eternal life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to grow in my relationship with You. Teach me to follow You, to love others, and to live according to Your Word.
Thank You for making me a new creation in Christ. I receive Your love, Your forgiveness, and the hope found in Jesus.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
If you prayed this prayer sincerely, I encourage you to begin reading the Bible, find a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith, and surround yourself with other believers who can encourage you in your walk with Christ. Remember, salvation is the beginning of a lifelong relationship with Jesus, not the end of the journey.
Whether you’re here for the books, the podcast, or simply a space to think — I’m glad you found your way here.
